The mission of ACEC Life/Health Trust is “to provide healthcare benefit solutions and services to support the business objectives of ACEC member firms and the health and well-being of the firms’ employees and families.” Since 1965, we have served this exclusive community, dedicating our efforts to supporting the health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance needs of engineering firms across the country. We do this by partnering with top leaders in the health insurance and health benefits industry to deliver unmatched value in health insurance coverage to ACEC Member Firms. The financial strength of the ACEC Life Health Trust is significant, providing peace of mind in this volatile healthcare environment. Who We Are.

The ACEC Life/Health Trust is made up of seven Trustees, President, Pat Feyen, and the management team. The Trustees are appointed for up to three four-year terms and serve as volunteers on the board, while also maintaining their full-time careers in the engineering industry.

Salesforce CRM Manager

The Salesforce CRM Manager will lead the ongoing development of our salesforce/marketing cloud system. The ideal candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and a building a CRM system using salesforce/marketing cloud platforms. The administrator will work closely with the company operations, marketing and wellness internal teams. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce CRM Manager will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. The main responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. The Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. Senior accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all our accounting tasks. The ideal candidate also has experience collaborating with a team in the healthcare industry and will directly report to the CFO.

Executive Assistant to the President

The Executive Assistant to the Office of the President is responsible for a wide range of executive level administrative functions requiring the highest levels of accountability and confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will provide scheduling, logistical, anticipatory insights and executive administrative support to the Office of the President while representing a cohesive inseparable team. This position represents the office in a discreet, professional manner at all times to board members, staff, member firms, constituents, and others.
