Every Champion Needs a Coach
At ACEC Life/Health Trust, we recognize effective wellness programs often have an internal employee(s) who takes the initiative to manage the program, helps to get employees engaged, and seeks to build a healthy work culture. These important people can hold different titles; for example, ambassadors, champions, or health advocates. Whatever your designation, we provide you with many resources to help in your efforts.
- To get started we strongly recommend the “Designed Wellness Champion Guide” (see left-hand side of this page). It explains many aspects of the program and how to manage them.
- On this website you will find recorded webinars and materials that give step-by-step tool-kits for starting, enhancing, and sustaining your program.
- There are downloadable “lunch and learn” presentations that you can use in your worksite.
- With social media, our goal is to facilitate a “community of practitioners” where you can learn from each other and continue to shape Designed Wellness as a strategy built by engineers, for engineers.
