Introductory and Biometric Screeening Materials:

Introduction to AHIP Presentation – this drafted presentation is intended to be used during the employee roll out, which ideally falls in the open enrollment period. ACEC would be happy to present this to your employees via webinar. If you or your broker chooses to do this presentation on your own, you should plan to review with Lindsay Simone beforehand to ensure program details are understood and relayed accurately.

AHIP Announcement – this drafted letter can be used to announce your firm’s participation in the AHIP program.

AHIP Getting Started Guide – this guide provides instructions on how to register an AHIP account, sign up for a biometric screening appointment, and an overview on the additional AHIP requirements.

Program Guide – this guide provides high-level details on the AHIP program requirements and details on additional features found on the web portal.

Rewards Chart – this one-page document highlights the AHIP program requirements and how to earn the additional $200 incentive.

Program Launch Flyer – this flyer can be used to promote the AHIP program launch.

Health Screening Email Template – this email draft can be used to announce your onsite biometric screening event and provides details on the registration process.

Onsite Screening Event Flyer – this flyer can be used to promote the onsite biometric screening event.

AHIP Requirements and Health Improvement Programs:

AHIP Member Success Guide – this guide provides step-by-step instructions for how to review biometric screening results online and confirm whether a health improvement program (Naturally Slim or Real Appeal) is needed. It also includes instructions for how to complete all other AHIP requirements.

Automated Incentive Reminder Email – to be sent April 20 – general email to remind participants what AHIP requirements need to be completed.

Health Improvement Programs Presentation – this presentation contains details on and compares the health improvement program options (Naturally Slim and Real Appeal).

Health Improvement Programs Comparison Flyer – this one-page document compares the Naturally Slim and Real Appeal programs.

Targeted Health Improvement Program Email – To Be Sent May 3 – AHIP participants that qualify for a health improvement program due to not achieving 5 points for biometrics will receive this communication to sign-up for a program option. This email is generic enough to be sent out by Champion to entire employee/spouse population.

How to Set Up Health Screening – this guide gives step-by-step instructions on how to sign up for a screening event either on site or with a Community Access Provider on the Designed Wellness web portal.

How to Sync Physical Activity Tracking Devices and Apps – this guide gives step-by-step instructions on how to sync a physical activity tracking device or app on the Designed Wellness web portal.  Compatible devices include: FitBit, Garmin, FitBug, Jawbone, MapMyFitness, Moves, Runkeeper, and Withings.

How to Manually Track Physical Activity – this guide gives step-by-step instructions on how to manually track physical activity (without a tracking device or app) on the Designed Wellness web portal.

How to Sync Apple Watch – this guide gives step-by-step instructions on how to connect your Apple Watch on the Designed Wellness web portal.

Bookmarking Instructions – this guide explains how to correctly bookmark the Designed Wellness web portal on your internet browser. There can be potential issues with logging into an account if the page is bookmarked incorrectly, so we recommend passing this along to all employees and spouses with the registration guide.

Mobile App Flyer – this flyer can be shared with your employees to get started using the mobile app on their smartphones.
